Dear Internet,
Don’t do this. Not on this flick. Kevin Smith has made it very easy for you to watch “Red State” on demand in many different ways. It’s a film that is WELL worth paying for. I saw it earlier this summer at Radio City Music Hall and was blown away. “Red State” is $9.99 well spent, I promise.
People should be able to make movies the way that Kevin has with “Red State.” I understand online piracy ain’t gonna stop anytime soon. We all steal flicks. But this one is an indie in the truest sense of the word. The way he four-walled it and did this awesome VOD release is some really exciting shit.
For the future of cool movies being made by cool people outside of the “system,” please be cool and grab “Red State” from a legit source.

There are times when I think that two things which I normally feel are good traits are actually bad ones, it’s not often but it is often enough that I think being forthright and giving a shit aren’t worth the effort. It doesn’t last long, mind you, as I’d rather have moments of doubt than be a disingenuous person, but that sniggling moment of doubt can be a bitch to deal with.
That’s free will, for you, though. Folks can be as insincere as they wish, and weigh heavily on someone’s ability to care…the best you can do is not let the lesser aspects of others change your own attempt at being the best person you can be.
